Air bags.

Or air cylinders.

Expect to chew through lots of tires.

I don't think you're going to be as low as you describe, but whatever.
Search for the slammed cars thread in A/C. Tons of stuff to look at.

i was slammed on koni yellows not even close to the bumpstops. you can slam your car on function/form coilovers and they will ride good too for a dd. im getting function/forms for my dd as well and plan on slamming it.

whats the point of posting if you're not going to help this guy out.

That's exactly right, and you're going to get all sorts of opinions on a web forum - some based off of experience and knowledge, some based off of hearsay and rumors, and some will be flat out misinformation. You're not always going to like what you hear, but if you want what's best for your needs, you're going to have to keep an open mind.

dont listen to these guys. if you like your car sitting on its nuts like i do. then you have to sacrifice a little. just go with some kyb agxs and some ground control coilovers and turn that **** all the way down.

i ran into too many problems with them, maybe because it was my first time and my first set... but i didnt like the compressor making all types of noise, and i didnt want to get a HUGE compressor that will take up my entire trunk... i didnt like the ride i got either, i couldntdo 85mph without feeling iffy... dont get me wrong, its perfect for a show car or a truck, but you'll get tired of it after a while...

kyb agx's are proven to blow after a 1.5-2" drop. since you say "dont listen to these guys", you seem to know it all, so please explain.

sorry man, but chances are, your struts are blown. agx's can't handle that drop, especially for 2 years.

i think the best setup to be slammed is ground control and koni yellows with the ground control top hats. the whole setup goes for about $975. really good setup for being slammed.

I AM helping this guy out. This sLamMing tHe Ridz crap is getting out of hand. If he wants to look like an idiot, ruin a perfectly good suspension setup, but get mad props from other 16-20 year olds flossin' sLamMed ridz here on Honda-Tech...I guess I'm done here.

Good luck.

Why do you even bother having a suspension? Its all useless. THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT A BETTER HANDLING CAR, not for bAller wannabe Kali kids who just want E props from other retards. This guy is another product of moroness produced from H-T .

you seem pretty mad at the world huh. what happened to you poor baby? well, i want to lower my daily driver just like the OP because we like the look of a lowered/slammed car. i could care less about the functionality/handling of it because its a DAILY DRIVER, did you miss that? what the **** am im going to take a DD to a track for? i have another car for that. you have a problem with that? if you have a problem with what other people do to their cars then go cry somewhere else

if you're on this forum just to talk **** like your signature says, you must have something lacking in your life.

thats besides the point but if you want to get into it, ill shoot the **** with you. I still pulled the same times as sti's (HAHAHAHHAHA!!!!!!!!!) so raising it an inch will prob shave 2 seconds off my laptime, at the most, so what. do i care? no. so why do you? just answer that.

by the way, i think you're very miseducated on what slammed truely is. have you noticed that im running 40 series tires on 16" rims and my spoon lip hangs low as hell? its all an optical illusion. also, its called adjustable shock bodies. i have optimal suspension travel on my EG.
