I was just wondering, do any of your gfs or wives like your si? My girlfriend was trashing my car today. Apparently she is never too thrilled to be riding with me in it (but she loves it when I take her in my supra). She says it looks too bubbly, and thinks the rear looks too round (like a fatass or something). I told her I love the way my SI looks and handles, and that my best female friend thinks my car is 'soooooo cute'. Not sure if that made me feel any better though...

 

not much tech to this thread.... be careful the flames will come..... I like your question though, my gf hates my car. says its loud, bumpy, and wierd looking.... (my car is stock) she also drives a 07 jetta.... i tear her car up all day... makes wierd noises, cheap interior, sucky radio.... she just cant admit that my car is better. ha

My girlfriend can't keep her hands off my keys. I offered to get her an Si and she has absolutely no interest in it. Personally, I like the looks of the 4dr. over the coupe.

 

I agree. I have a sedan, and quite honestly it shows a mature side to the SI series. Don't get me wrong, the coupe is awesome too. My fiance can't drive stick, and i'm thinkin about keeping it that way haah but yea she loves it.

 

My fiance loves it until I start gettin on it, then she hates it. I also have a sidan and i prefer it over the coupe. My fiance cannot drive stick either so I never have to worry about her wanting to drive it.

The girls will always think a civic will always be a civic.
It's not a chick magnet no matter what you do with it.
Most girls will will drool over the higher end convertable cars and there's no lie about it.

Oh yeah, I knew exactly what I was getting into. I think a non-tech thread can be interesting, especially when people have nothing better to do than talk about how stupid it is and make fun of people rather than just not move on to the next one.

Yes there is, but my question is specifically about the 06-08 SI's. Therefore one could make the valid argument that this thread could post in either section. If a mod thinks it would be better in that section, please feel free to move it.
