I have to throw a stock D15/D16 in my 91 hatch to get through emissions. I have two, but both need rings and I don't feel like putting any money into an emissions motor.

I need a shortblock that doesn't use oil/good compression. Not looking to spend much $$

I'm in NW Indiana, the closer the better.
