i dont know much about building imports and a guy wants to trade me my street bike for his 91 integra. its a b16a2 sir II swap with a header, cold air intake, and a hondata s100 chip. what sort of HP is that going to build...and he claims it can handle 10lbs as it sits. what sort of power would it produce on?

Tune the motor, not just chip it and itll probably make like 160whp. I'd boost it up to like 8psi not 10, some ppl would, or most ppl would, i just hate it when i blow up engines. with 8psi ull probably get into the 200 hp with a good tune.

well ive been lookin it up and everything ive found says that motor makes 170HP bone stock.

 

Yeah 170hp flywheel, but to the wheels, ur more likely at like 140whp. Some where in that range cuz ull loose 30 or so hp from flywheel to wheel. Things to do to alter that is like a lightented flywheel, lighter rims etc.
