Racist. You should have percentage deducted.

For your setup the regular hytech replica will be fine but can anyone post up a dyno comparison of the big tube header? Not to thread jack but I hate to make a thread on it when there is so many like this one

Bigger is not always better. On my old stock block and head ITR, I actually lost a great deal of torque where I needed it most. The test engine was a stock ITR motor with Skunk 2 Stage 2 cams, AEBS intake manifold, 70mm throttle body, AEM ITR CAI, stock cat back ( no cat). Tuned on Hondata.

You can see that the JDM ITR 4-1 header smoked the Hytech Big Tube header from 5,800 to 8,100 RPM. The Hytech made more peak power, but the car was slower. However, on my high compression 2 liter race motor, the Hytech worked very well. It comes down to selecting the parts that work well with the combination that you are running.

B19 I wouldn't expect to see a big tube header out perform something like the smaller header or a toda on a small 1.8 setup with just cams......you seem to be a pleather of information(no sarcasim intended) do you have a graph comparing the big tube on a 2.0 setup with say an smsp or rmf?

Great info there... people with 1.8L need to be running a really high CR or high reving engine to benefit from the big tube version where as for the 2.0 is the way to go
