Default Headlights, Corner lights, Gauge cluster, Clock, Rear Brake lights flicker

Okay, I have a really anoying issue with my 1991 CRX SI. All of my lights in my car would flicker for a couple of seconds and go back to normal when I press the brakes. More like the lights go bright and then go dim on and on and on. Sometimes it would flicker and go away and come back. Even when the car is in motion all of the lights would flicker. Anyone have any solutions to this issue? Could it be my grounding wires? Any info or help would be appreciated.

i have the same problem in my 89 dx. it is the alternator because once you put a greater load on it, it reduces power to the other things.
i know my alt is only a 60amp and when my headlights are on and the fans kick on, the lights dim.
just get someone to rebuild it to about 100 to 120 amps and there would be no real problem. you could probably get it done for around 150 and a couple of hours.
especially if you have a system in your car or plan on adding one.

Also check your grounds, some might have become corroded or not making good contacts with the body.
