this isn't the first time i've seen a post like this
good luck dude!
unless skunk2 includes some kind of document with the throttle body that says to recheck everything before installation, they should compensate you if you have receipts.
i know i save all my receipts in case something like this happens.

The mature thing to do would be to call skunk2, an talk it over with them before flaming them on a website. Skunk2 has always had GREAT customer service with me, so id talk to them first before pointing fingers.
How long did you have the throttle body installed for?

And my Holley T-Body. Luckily I noticed the screw missing, pulled the manifold to find the screw sitting in the #3 runner. Needless to say I used loctite on those little suckers now.

X2 This is true with any part you install whether it be factory or aftermarket. Never assume something is right out of the box. It's a lesson you learned the hard way and will never forget.
