this is driving me crazy, i dont know, i might be slightly stupid but there are 3 bolts that hold the rear control arm the the lower arm, what do i use to remove them, its like a 10 point bolt or something???

 

I believe it's some odd shaped bolt so a normal 6 or 12 point socket can't remove them. It's done that way on purpose because Honda doesn't want you removing the rear LCA to replace it. If you want to replace it, Honda requires that you buy a whole new trailing arm + the rear lower control arm. Now if you are putting in aftermarket control arms...I think you need to get the special socket to remove those bolts.
