Jdm visor install... what is butyl sealer?

i just bought some brand new jdm rain visors and in the box it came with some BUTYL SEALER.....

i have no idea what that is.. anybody installed some new ones lately?

its a rubber glue, just follow the instructions

i don't have the instructions. i bought them from a guy that never put them on.
