Default Which is a better handling chassis in the end? EF Si or EG Si

I've heard wives-tales of the EG using it's crossmember to help stiffen the front end where as the EF does not. I have no idea if this is true, but that is beside the point.

I'm wondering if one hatchy will feel or be better in the end than the other when all is said and done.

(The eventual plan is koni/gcs 15x8s with good street tread, b20vtec done right, oem brake upgrades.)

Sorry if this has been answered, I tried to search but "EF" and "EG" are 'too short' to be searched for... made it hard to find any relevant posts.

EG chassis is stiffer and more ridgid, thus less flex near the suspension mounting points then EF. Other points, parts swapable from ITR as a bolt on item. ITR/Integra* offers steering crossmember/rack, brakes, swaybars for easy bolt on option.

EG is the king in this case. Personally I would go with VX/CX chassis, this way there is no sunroof or added weight.

I was expecting to hear something around those lines as the answer. I appreciate the response.
