Default Magna flow catalytic converter 2.5" inlet/outlet problem for Apexi WS2?

My Apexi N1 is too loud and I am going to order the Apexi WS2. I have a Magnaflow catalytic converter with the 2.5 inch inlet/outlet and wanted to know if it would be a problem? Because I know stock is 2.25 inches, and mine is bigger by a quarter of an inch. Would I have fitment problems? I plan on getting it welded on by the way.

why dont you get the right size, its foolish to down grade to a smaller size

Cuz the size of the piping for the 99 Integra is 2.25 inch piping. I'm concerned about the end pipe of the exhaust that connects to the catalytic converter would be different diameters.

Cuz I don't wanna buy another catalytic converter if I don't have to just so I can have that 2.25 inch inlet/outlet

almost certain the "piping" you're referring to is not 2.25 inches... OEM integra exhaust piping? only the ITR is 2.25. all others are like 1.91-2.0, i think. if you're getting it welded or whatever, just have the shop put on the right connections/gaskets/fabrication.

If your n1 is loud you might try a resanator. spending another 400+ on a ws2 is quite a bit to drop on a guess. most the time you can quiet up straight throughs with a little effort
