2001 prelude h22how do i solve the problem of clutch geting stuck n grinding clutch?

my clutch sometimes get stuck n couldnt shift...n sometime it run smoth.n when i step on the clutch my car shake...so i dont know if its the clutch or the transmission? so if anyone know that can yall tell me wats wrong with my 2001 honda prelude h22

i dont really understand your symptom but from what i gathered it sounds like something in the hydraulic system for the clutch. Check the clutch fluid level, any leaks in the line and make sure your slave cylinder isnt leaking fluid and is going in and out correctly when you step on the clutch.
