Default next step?

first off, this is my set up:
B18c1
stock internals
3" SRI piping
blox velocity stack(track use only)
skunk2 pro series intake manifold
password jdm intake manifold gasket
hytech replica header
omni power test pipe custom fabbed to fit header to b-pipe distance.
exedy stage 1 organic clutch disk and pressure plate
2.5" skunk2 cat back
virgin p30 ecu

future plans are:
skunk2 stage2 or pro1 cams and valvetrain
cam gears(undecided on what brand to go with)
pr3 pistons
tune w/hondata s300

my question is how much is the ecu im currently running hurting my perfomance?
do you think it is getting enough fuel?
would it be worth it to get it chipped or hold off until i have the money for hondata and a tune?

You answered yourself. You can always get best performance if you tune it instead of throwing ECU's at it.

tuning is always worth it. Whether you are stock or fully built, tuning is required with the latter.

but its my dd so im worried about running it to lean with the bolt ons i have on it. so you think its ok to run this ecu even though its for a 1.6 and not a 1.8?

It's really not ok to run it at all without properly being tuned. Eventually something will fail. Especially being the ECU you have is for a 1.6. It's already using "smaller" fuel tables as it is. The fuel trims might compensate(i think they can richen the mix up to 25% more) but you're still running outside it's "normal" parameters.

its gonna be awhile until i can get the money for hondata and a tune cause my fiance and i are having a baby so my priorities are elsewhere, i think im gonna go ahead and get a chip just to be on the safe side though.

a "chip" is worse.

you are fine on the stock ecu for now considering your internals are stock.
