what r good springs 4 an ep3 or should i get coilovers....

 

Picking between coilovers and springs depends on you're budget and also how much you plan on doing to your car. If you just want a simple drop, get the springs. If you want high performance, the ability to adjust your suspension whenever you want, and don't mind paying extra(expect between $700-$1200), then get the coilovers.

 

If you want just springs, try the Tein S Techs or the Skunk2 lowering springs, I had the Skunks, but after awhile, I just wanted something more, so I got fully adjustable Tein coilovers now. I liked the springs, but being able to adjust the ride height whenever you want is better to me. But once again, it all depends on your budget.
