steering problems

when I drive my wheel will sometimes be straight, but when I hit a bump or make a turn the wheel goes about 15 degrees to the left. when Im driving on the highway the car will also pulls to the right at times.

Check the wear on your tires.. also the tire pressure..

Your most likely gonna need to get an alignment

Yea your toe in or toe out is probably off.
