Out of everything you listed, this is the only relevant stuff we needed to know:

For everyone reading this post, it's great to tell us what your build is but when you see like 5 of these "build" threads pop up almost on a daily basis, it makes it hard to sort through all the irrelevant parts and information. Just list what actually matters to the question being asked.

To answer your question, most throttlebodies don't really add (or subtract) a lot of extra HP if they're the wrong size. The best thing to do here is experiment with a larger throttlebody on your car, when it's on the dyno and see what it likes. Either way, it's not like this decision is going to cost you a lot of power if you're running something slightly smaller than ideal.

This is not a build thread.. I copy and pasted this from my build thread. It's a lot easier and faster.. If your tired of seeing these threads then stop reading them. Thanks for your input man.

It's not a build thread but what you cut and pasted is. It may be faster for you but it's not faster for the people trying to read it and help you. Be glad that I'm not as tired as everyone else is from seeing or trying to sort through threads like this or you'd still be sitting here with no replies...

A local guy in my area has an ITR throttle body for sale. It's just a few days until I go to the dyno and was wondering if I should spend the extra $100/$150 to match the throttle body to my intake manifold.

00Red_SiR ill take your suggestion into consideration next time. So your telling me to just buy something bigger than the ITR? What size would you suggest?

Did you happen to measure the B20 throttlebody size by chance? I'm not sure you'd have to port match the ITR stock throttlebody size to your current intake manifold. I had my stock TB bored out by MAXBORE and it perfectly matches the stock size of my Skunk2 type R manifold. I'm thinking a 68mm TB would be a good size for you but the dyno could prove that.
