Default HELP with TPS and MAP plugs/wires

I have a '97 civic with a D16Y8.

I had my sensors unplugged, and now I have no idea which goes to TPS and which goes to MAP.

Both plugs have Yellow, Green and Red wires.

Can someone be more specific as to which plug goes where? ...just by looking at it? The wires do have different color stripes on them, but I couldn't find any reference to them.

DONT JUST GUESS !! by plugging them in backwards and turning your ignition on you can burn up a chip in your ecu!! which can cause trouble down the road.

my service manual says this

tps = r/b , y/bl , g/b

map = g/w , r/g , y/r
