SI and EX muffler axle back?

I was wondering if the muffler axle back on a si can fit on a ex civic. Are the same?

different diameters, so the flanges might be different sizes as well and bolts wont line up.

have anyone ever try to do this because i saw it done on a 06 civic lx

i had an si axle back on my LX. the si axleback fits all 06+ civics. not sure about the hybrid though
