suggestions on a good daily driver coilover?
Although i totally love my current coilovers, they are getting too stiff for me and i am looking for a more, southern california jacked up streets and freeways type coilover setup. any suggestions on what you guys use for your daily drivers?
i was thinking about going with oem itr shocks and struts with swift lowering springs. is the oem type R suspension a lot different than the dc4 suspension?
if you want comfort the cheap way, stay stock.
If you want comfort the expensive way, look into high end systems like bilstein, ohlins, etc.

any coilover setup will ride rough your best bet is to swap back to oem.

A very good daily driver setup is the Ground Control coilovers with Koni Yellow struts. It's going to be stiffer than stock, but not to the point that you can't drive you car where you want to take it. If you live where the streets are really bumpy and high curbs though you don't really have much of a choice besides OEM.
correct me if im wrong, but if you put stock DA suspension into a DC wouldn't that lower the car? cause the shocks are shorter on a DA? right???? so you would get the lowered look but have a oem ride quality??? i know this works for EG/EF's. not sure with DA/DC's. correct me if im wrong, would like to know for sure.

It's a good setup, but it barely drops your car and is pretty soft. I'd get some good shocks (koni yellows) and a progressive spring. This will give you a good drop, good ride, good handling, and adjustability.
