haha man I am having the same problem...
got a new distributor though which is puzzling the hell out of me.
Coil is good, far as I have measured wiring is good, ICM is good, brand new cap and rotor but no spark on any of the wires.
If you figure out your problem please post how you fixed it

I would recommend that you also check whether your timing belt snapped.

yeah I took the upper belt cover off first thing after picking up the car. belt is just peachy.
Car has something majorly draining it I think, cuz it sat for 1.5 days and the brand new battery was reading 0.3v maybe the door was propped open just a little though
Still haven't been able to figure out why it's not sparking heh

Did you check your battery?
Somethign I learned with my DX, it would try and crank but would not spark, my battery was too low to get anything going except the starter...
Get a good 200amp 12V DC starter (large battery charger) and it will start your car up... you've done all the testing, all is good, but you never said you checked battery level (lights will work, but starting power isn't there)

I put a brand new battery in and charged it with my battery charger before trying to start the car.
Somebody suggested the main relay might be at fault so I'm resoldering all it's joints as we speak. This is really starting to confuse me cuz I've never ran into such a mysterious no-spark situation

ok I resoldered all the joints on the main relay, still nothing.
Something came to mind since I am soaking that seat-belt fuse holder in baking soda...
On the 90-91's with automatic seat belts, will the car not start if they are not connected? Since I picked this car up the automatic belt has not been clipped in.
Anywho, since I tested for power on the harness plugs and it was there what else could possibly be checked?
Coil is good
ICM is good
harness plugs have power
main relay has been resoldered
new cap and rotor

I'm hoping to Soichiro that you're right... Soon as Uncle Sam gives me my tax return I'll snag a new one.

i changed everything you changed and some and i still have no spark i even bought the $220 dizzy and nothing still no spark im thinking ecu, what does your ecm do when you turn the key to accessory does the led come on at all cause mine stays on and the other ecu i have the led never comes on
The ecu should blink once. That doesn't mean it will, I have a car where it does not blink, but it drives fine.
I asked above. What has changed since the car ran. Did you just do an mpfi swap, swap a motor, etc?

i bought the car not running the guy i bought it from couldnt figure it out eather i thought i would be able to but still no luck he kept saying the altinator was bad but i changed that already, and the thing with the ecu is the one that wont blink wont blink and im getting a check engine light
You need to pin test the ecu plugs. Make sure the power is good, ground is good, and the wires to the ecu are correct.
Also, check that the ground wire on the engine harness is attached to the thermostat housing. It is easy to forget this, and the car won't start without it.

this one I have the check engine light comes on for about 2 seconds when you go to start it (like a normal car).
It'll crank all day long but there's no spark and after about 10 seconds of cranking the CEL comes back on saying Code 8 (TDC sensor). I do have another ECU and distributor laying around somewhere, just need to figure out wtf I did with them.
Also - one idea I had today was that maybe your plugs are not making a solid connection?

sorry, I meant electrical plugs - IE the ones on the wire harness.

plugs
wires
starter
altenator
tryed two ecus----one ecu the led stays on the other ecu the led never comes on but with both ecus the check engine light is on strong never turns off
checked grounds
checked for power
checked for short
