people with b series swap in your ef please read!!!!!!!!! (ac question)
okay
im using place mounts, i cant stand not having ac, i live in texas,
now my problem is if i get the compressor on, i have no way to put the ac fan back on in its original location, will the cooling fan be enough to keep the car cool?
currently i dont have the cooling fan on and the car has not over heated yet. so im not sure.
if you have ac and a b16a please post, help give me some ideas.

Have you tried moving the fan to the opposite side of the radiator? You may be able to squeez and extrafan in there, may have to be a aftermarket one.
This guy has a/c on is turbo LS CRX. Maybe you can get some ideas from him.

do the place racing mounts sit the engine closer to the front of the car than the hasport mounts? I have the hasports and I got my ac compressor in with my fans still there. I had to install it with the front x-member off but hell.. it worked. btw: I used the hasport a/c bracket...
I probably wasn't any help.

Might have to look into the slimline fan and mount in in front of the condenser to blow air in. The Place racing positions the engine foward more than Hasport or HCP. That was the whole purpose why I switched from Place Racing to HCP for more room. I feel you man I'm in the High Desert in Cali and a/c is a must. By the way the Hasport bracket will work witht HCP mounts as well.

I'm in the same boat here, but I've already put the A/C and don't have a fan in yet.
YES! you need a fan, it will overheat with the A/C on and only one fan, it was fine before I put the A/C on, but yes once you put on the A/C you'll need the second fan.
I'm unsure whether I can fit a slim fan in there or I'll have to get a pusher fan to put on the other side. I'll be at the auto parts store tonight trying to figure it out.

The jdm front nose I got came with a/c fan and radiators that I have no use for...I'm not sure how smaller they are from the stock ones but I can take a pic of it tonight, if any of you are interested.
