werid sound at 5K-6K RPM while rev is unreving while AC is on?

werid sound at 5K-6K RPM while rev is unreving while AC is on?
first off. i drive a 97 civic EX. VTEC w/ CAI.
alright, if i rev my car up in neutral past about 5.6K the motor will rev past 5.6K [btw. red line is at 7k] then when the motor unreving [rpm going down] and passes about 5.6K there is a small squeal/squeak noise. it sounds like the noise is coming from the fan up by the radiator and it only happens when the air conditioning is on.
usually when i have it in gear it doesnt do it.
but i have heard the noise before while getting up to redline in first and i dont know where its coming.
has anyone heard this in their civic? or does anyone know where it could be coming from or what it could be?
