got a state referee ticket got some questions plz help

got a state referee ticket and i wanted to know if the skunk 2 intake manifold is carb legal and the aem fuel rail and i got to take my car to chp and get checked out

On the Skunk2 website, they say that the intake manifolds are CARB exempt. Im assuming that means its OK?

yeah all of the skunk2 IM are carb legal i believe if you bought it brand new it should come w/ the sticker or some of them have the card number on the actual product i believe, which part of cali are you from?

intake manifold is, fuel rail is not. you'll need to swap out the fuel rail before you bring it to the state ref

The AEM fuel rail is supposed to be classified as a stock replacement part and is legal. However, it is so easy to swap out that you might as well put the original back on just to be safe.
