Default MrWoohoos EJ1

Just bought an EJ1 on the 29/02/08 to replace my EJ2, here's what it looked like when I bought it.
Bought it off a friend for a great price , was gonna get him to take the ICE out but after driving it I fell in love with the sound.

Came with loads of history and reciepts which was nice.

Here's what it looks like at the moment after swapping some bits over from my old EJ2, still got more to do in the coming months.

Yes these lights are going to be replaced by oem ones when I can get access to them, as you can see from the pics below I can't get into there to change them, yet.
Friends gonna show me how to get access to lights, he said it's a pain but it can be done.

No that flare holder is not empty , hope it doesn't go off ha ha.

Well that's my car as it stands now, next up is suspension then off to the Modball rally around Europe then start the turbo build, I know some people aren't gonna like the audio setup but it helps with the boredom of sitting in traffic ha ha.

More to come soon........

Revert the stereo to stock and it'd be golden.

All the coupes were made in the US, my EJ2 was built in the US with European parts then shipped to the UK.
The EJ1 I got now was built in the US for the Japanese market which has some slightly different things on it, compared to the US spec EJ1's.

Thanks for the comments.

Will be removing it soon as I need a space to put some tools in.

Here's how the rear of my old EJ2 looked, so going for the same look.

Just a few pics of the old project I never got around to finishing.

Nice

The rear end of your last coupe looks like a good thing to aim for.

Are you on csc.co.uk? Were you thinking of painting the Slips a crazy colour at one point? Like orange or purple or something? Or maybe i've got the wrong person...

Do it.

Some people like 'em some people don't, I got mine on purely because my old carbon fibre hood got ruined because of a stone chip.
My old EJ2 oem hood went the same way , in the same area , never again though.
Taken me ages to find someone to ship this version to the UK as I'm always missing people selling the oem one ha ha.

Right yesterday was my birthday and instead of relaxing enjoying the evening I ended working on the car instead lol, was a pain to change the rear lights but worth it in the end, still got the foglight to wire & cut in the bumper but that's gonna be done at the weekend.

Will post some better pics soon.....

*Just dropped it off at the garage to have my wheels aligned.
