b20a5 intake on b18c1

has anyone ever heard of someone putting a b20a5's throttle body, plenum, and intake manifold on a b18c1?

The intake manifold will not bolt on. The P72 head (B18C1) has a unique pattern.

what about the throttle body, would i gain anything there?
