Default DC2 JDM ITR front end conversion HELP

Hi There...

I searched for this but nothing answered my question. I hope I put this in the right section, Sorry If I didn't

I am new to the whole import scene, I used to drive a cavalier with a massive kit but I seen the light lol

I am in the middle of doing a JDM ITR conversion to my 96 Teg. I bought the whole front end including the rad and rad support. My car was in an accident so I thought perfect timing. The rad support I had originally was smushed along with the entire front end. I had the front end straightened and the new JDM rad support welded on. The only issue is the rad from the conversion. My car is an automatic and the rad is standard.

I never realized it wasn't right because I was so busy and am new to modding and cars that I thought they would have told me or asked before selling it to me. I talked to the place I bought it and they said a USDM will work in place of the JDM one.

If not, what can I do? Do they sell JDM auto rads? or ??

I am at my last wits end as I have been through soooo much BS with this project from 5 alignments, being ripped off by a few garages, realizing the car should have not been put back on the road, etc.. Three months with no car has been too long..

Please help me!
Thank you
Sarah

I don't exactly get the question, are you asking about the Actual rad? Or the support?

I'm not really sure how the rad would be different, being the engines are the same.
Maybe explain again what you need, and what the problem is that doesn't fit.

The question is about the rad.....

Theres no difference between a JDM and a USDM radiator. Either get a transmission cooler for the radiator you currently have or go buy a radiator for an automatic
