hi guys i need help in identifying this set of wheels. i tot it was the racing hart d spec at 1st, but looking at the bolt pattern makes me think otherwise.

It was taken off a Toyota Levin, straight from japan. It had a toms cap on.

I know its like the wrong place to ask but looking at the amount of oldskool rims that is posted here.

Those are old school Tom's Racing dish wheels.

I really don't know for sure, but that is one nasty crack in the lip. Those are going to be a pain to fix.

Yeah, I see that now. I was on a CRT monitor when I first looked at it, and the contrast is blown on that monitor.
