Default Lsvtec Idle... Please Help

Mod list

b18a block
Gsr head
supertech springs and retainers
aebs manifold
aebs fuel rail
bdl 70mm throttle body
rage header
rc 310 injectors
aeromotive FPR
hondata intake manifold gasket
p30 pistons
bkr7e spark plugs
uncapped
toda spec c cams
crower cam gears
clevite bearings
new vtec oil pump
vtec water pump
total seal rings

this is a fresh build. I already have a basemap loaded on a chip. Car does not want to idle. I have the cams set at +4 intake +2 exhaust. Car cranks over, idles for about 5-10 seconds then shuts down. Fuel pressure is at 45psi. Idle adjustment on tb was tried to no avail. o2 sensor not plugged in. Oil pressure holds, manifold has vaccum. I am at a lost. I have stock b16 cams. Should I switch them back over to break in? or can I sort out the problem without doing so. I think that my cam degree might be the culprit also. Any positive suggestions will be welcomed. Compression also at 260 psi

Toda C's can be tricky to get to idle sometimes. Setting them to 0,0 will help some. Having a wideband hooked up would help you determine if you need more/less fuel at idle. More ignition timing in the idle rows/columns of your basemap will often help as well.

I'd check that tune out....my prelude hated me regardless of what I did with the O2 sensor feedback turned on. It would run great for about 30 seconds before it started going lean from the O2. Ofcourse I had a wideband (ran it in wideband; 5v mode and in narrow 1v mode (switching the outputs on the wideband going into the ecu ofcourse)) and neither made a difference. Unplugged it and it hated me even more. Eventually took a hint and just turned the O2 feedback off.
