Long story short, I acquired a 93 civic ex and everything ran fine before i changed the battery and then all of a sudden the engine will crank but not turn over! Why?! Also the electrical (windows, sun roof) stopped working and now they're open, anyone have any ideas?

 

charge the batery... not all baterys come copletely chargeed

 

But when I put it in my dads civic it started right up.

 

start checking main fueses in the engine bay. Also make sure that your ground is good.

 

Oh ya all fuses are checked and good.. shouldve mentioned that. how do u check if ur ground is good?
