Default zc tune - obd0 or obd1?

just wondering...I've got a 91 crx si w/ zc dohc and cams (currently using pm7 and afc ). Is it better to go with a chipped odb0 or is it worth the time and trouble to convert to obd1 and replace dist, o2, wiring, etc. I'm not going to turbo or anything in the future, just primarily want to adjust fuel, smooth my idle, and other basics.
I'm a noob at this and zccr-xsi has answered a ton of ?s and I want him to chip my ecu but not sure if obd1 is worth it for me. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks.

The BIG problem here is going to be getting an OBDI distributer for a ZC. Although there WERE OBDI ZCs, they are quite rare.

rare? i think not there all over the place.

op- IMO if it was me i would convert to obd1 and use a p29<<obd1 dohc zc ecu then u can use crome which is a much better program then t/e.yes crome is free and as a matter of fact if/when i chip your ecu and i send u the hondalog the cd will come with crome on it so u wont need to download it from pgmfi.org it will also come with some plugins too.plus not to many tuners are tuning with obd0 anymore very few guys out there that are still messing with it.

If you are not going forced induction turbo edit should work fine for you, you dont need to switch to obd1 for that

i say obd1 but then again don't know how far your going to go with your motor, and crome is good but it always crashes i'd suggest hondata more reliable in my opinion

obd1 ftw.

crome/neptune/hondata/ectune

all those are good tuning platforms but its not really about what you want as much as it is what your tuner is good at.

if there ok at tuning hondata but great at tuning on crome, and dont know anything about chipping obd0 ****.

then convert and run crome... you get the point

do what your tuner feels comfortable with.
