will these specs snug perfectly if i remove the fender lining and pull my fenders? just wondering.

oh yah, i want to know what would be a good size tire to run these specs.

i like to ride low, so thats what i meant by 'snug', tucking tire.

and to remove my fender lining so i wouldn't rubbb.
