please don't put dc sports on an itr... if you can't afford a quality aftermarket header buy a JDM 4-1 ITR header. It has a 2.5 inch collector

My suggestion would be to get a header with better ground clearance (which in most cases would make more power also)

if you are on a budget, get a jdm 4-1, and a skid plate.

just buy the hytech replica's then. there's a guy in the classifieds selling them for $250 shipped. on another note, you're probably going to want to upgrade your cat and exhuast as well to fully utilize the header.

Dave_B's header comes with a cat and o2 sensor. Is that the Stock header on your car now?

A JDM 4-1 is perfect. Can never go wrong with it. All others just give you a marginal gain.

3 Reasons:

Produces the same power

OEM Build Quality

Less expensive

so to finalize my header SEARCH: should i go with A)jdm R 4-1 header B) Hytech replica 4-2-1 header or C) keep my dented dc sport because it really doesnt matter if they are dented?
the jdm 4-1 and the hytech replicas are around same price range....

The dents definitely matter...

Save, buy a JDM ITR + skidplate. I would raise my car up. I personally raised my car up two fingers all around to protect my newly purchased header.

And buy a cat. The gains are marginal, less than 3hp in the top end.
