Hi guys im new here from Puerto Rico.

ok my doubt its what camshat do i have to use?.
what i have is a b16 with mods, gsr head ported and polish, civic type r pistons (pct), Spoon Sports 2 layer head gasket, flat valves int and exh (buddy club), springs and retainers (buddy club), and a hytech tri y replica header.

my compression its around of 11.409225162372347
how i calculate this? well this website help me to calculate the compression

here in Puerto Rico every one recomend me, Jun camshat stage 3 or skunk2 pro series stage 3, but i got so much diferent aftermarket camshaft that im very confussed
examples are buddy clubs, crower, toda, crane etc etc
i think the camshaft its the most important part tha control the engine apart from the ecu

ok i leave the specs, please help me with this decission of the camshaft

I think the skunk2 pro 3 will be too much for your compression, as well i think a pro 2 will be to much.

 

so your recomendation its?

 

I've buddyclub spec 3 cams and its nice.
