95 gsr
i just got a deal on a 95 gsr. but its going to need a new cluch and timming belt witch it not that big of a deal. i will have to post some pics of it . my question is, what kind of cluch should i go and should i get a lighter flywheel also, and the car has 90,000 on it how soon do you guys think i should do the timming belt.
thank you
thank you
Get a clutch that is suited for your power needs, if your not going to be making crazy power then an exedy oem replacement will work just fine. A lighter flywheel makes the car a little more finicky sometimes, it usually depends on how light it is and how hard the clutch grabs. But you do get used to it, and it also makes the car more fun to drive.
As for the timing belt, check to see if it's already been replaced, otherwise 90k is what the manual recommends to change it at. But I'm not completely sure on that, I'm sure someone else will come in and comment.
If anything just search this info, these kinds of questions get asked all the time.
