WTF is up with this!
Note : this in on the driver side tower plugs, its the Resistor Box plug(square) and the harness plug(square).....which till now, ive never seen this plug style before on this type of harness?

Way out of line man, make your own thread if you are not going to talk about the subject at hand.....
OP--you need to splice your SI plugs and make a "sub harness" to use the b16 harness...Or better yet, get the plugs off of the B harness that you need, and add them to your Si harness..
The knock sensor
Vtec solinoid
Vtec pressure switch
2 02 sensors
and the plugs for the Dizzy...
I think thats all you need......If you are staying 0BD0
Everything you need is in the FAQ at the top of the main forum page.

Yes, use your harness and remove the 4 plugs for vtec you'll need.
The 2 round plugs on your stock harness for the b16 dizzy plug right into the b16 dizzy
...at least mine did

Correct. Unless the OP is going to do 0BD1......Then the dizzy and 02 plugs are different

Not to sure
Im not wiring the Vtec(for the i would just run it to the ecu) This is the wiring on the DRIVER SIDE tower plugs
The normal ive always seen is the Square resistor box plug, and the round dizzy plug) which my car has
But the harness on the B16 has all the same plugs but the ONE in the Pic
it has the Square resistor box plug, and a square dizzy plug, and all but 2 of the wires from the plugs match up, I HAVE 2 WIRES FROM MY CARS PLUG THAT DONT GO ANYWHERE

note : the engine harness is OBD0 and so is the B16A
it should be plug and play, but that one plug is making me go nuts(ive yet to see another engine harness like it.
and im using a OBD1 GSR ECU for better Vtec

You don't have a clue what your doing. You should research this before you do some crazy wire job......Even though the b16 is OBD0 and so is the CRX you can't use the b16 harness. The wiring itself are different than your chassis wiring. It may plug in, but it won't match your car's wiring.
You can't use the obd1 on obd0 wiring....you have to convert to obd1 fully!
That means wiring, dizzy, ecu, injectors if you do it right
What do you mean"better vtec"????????????????????????????

lol. To the OP, stick with OBD0 for now and just keep the car running on the OBD0 B16 ecu. It doesn't seem like you have an accurate grasp of wiring let alone vtec/engine management/ecu's.

Research what you are doing, or your car will never run and you will be back on here asking all kinds of questions that we will not be able to answer because your wiring will be a jacked up.
Be sure you know for a FACT what you are doing.
You can't just slap the B harness into your car, put a "GSR" ecu in there and expect things to work.
The ECU wont even plug up without the appropriate conversion harness.
You haven't a clue what you are doing do you?

i use the GSR ecu, cuz it hits vtec at 3500 rpm, unlike the B16 ecu which is at 4000 rpm
AND the harness i got was from a b16a JDM motor
so i was just think that a japanese underdash is different at that one plug
