hi i'm rebuilding my motor and have a question about oil pumps,
the question is can a 96 and up gsr oil pump fit a 94 gsr block???? i did some searching but i end up inding 2 different part numbers for the old 94-95 b18c1 and the 96+ gsr has a diffent number. i can get a hold of : 15100-P72-A01 for a good price should i get that one even though it says thats for a 96+ gsr ???? will it fit????

 

Yes you can use it just need to get a lower timing cover as well from a 96+

What Edo said, the 96+ has the spot for the crank position sensor that the 94-95 does not have.

 

Would one from a B16A2 fit also? on the B18C1?
