I have a 90 integra LS and i was just wonder where should i start to increase the hp. Its stock besides a cold air intake. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

What do you think you're going to use it for? Read up and build it accordingly

 

vtec and/or a turbo seem to work well

 

So I should go with the golden eagle vtec conversion kit, install it, and then get it tuned? How much gain do you think there will be?

it depends what you're going for w/ the power gains, clarify if you are just looking to do all bolt ons or if you want to go into turbo. Most people will say turbo kit, or ls/vtec. If you want to just go w/ bolt ons you can go w/ IM, throttle body, headers, exhaust etc.

Just to clarify...you need more then the vtec conversion kit to convert to vtec....not sure if you got that idea or not. You've got to have the vtec cylinder head (valvetrain, cams, valve cover, etc), intake manifold, distributor, vtec solenoid, vtec wiring harness (or rig up some wiring) and a vtec ecu.
