okay so my car started making this rattleing noise...its coming from my trans....when i push the clutch in the sound goes away...also when im higher in rpms it seems like it gets louder...any ideas? i was thinking throw out bearing...

 

Input shaft bearing, or any other assorted bearings in the trans. ISB, most likely. The TOB will make noise with your foot on the clutch, not off.
