Default 00 civic Si failed smog today. suggestions?

my girlfriend's car. Main thing is she has a jrsc but i zip tied the waste gate opened so there is no positive pressure and she is running stock injectors, and stock ecu with NO cel's. She only failed sniffer...she passed visual and all that good stuff.

test consists of 15mph run and 25mph run. She passed 25mph run but failed all 3 during the 15mph run. I don't know what the three areas mean but here is where she failed.

HC max is 64 she got 82

CO max is .55 she got .59

NO max is 477 she got 760

anybody with some GOOD info please chime in...probably going to take it to a smog place and get it inspected but it's going to cost $168 for diagnostic only

can it be the DC header, AEM intake, o2 sensor, or hopefully not but...jrsc?

Thanks in advance.

If your running bolt ons, and the car is warm, it'll be really close.

DC headers and AEM intake say they're carb legal but when its on a car its completely different .... my bro had the same problem ... his 98 lude has dc headers and aem cold air and didnt pass smog ... took them off and slapped on the stockies ... passed like nothin ...

and it can't be ur o2 sensor cuz if it was ur check engine light will flash

thanks for the suggestions. Cat is probably too expensive, so we'll consider putting stock header and intake back on. Thanks!
