jdm itr headlights projectors

ok guys need a question answered are jdm itr non hid and hid head light projectors the same or is there a slight noticable difference? Please lmk thanx!

This is somewhat of a great question. Is the actual glass projector different inside of the HID vs. nonHID headlight housing?
