Good day all,

I own a DC integra. Very recently, I've noticed the seal between the top of the rear windscreen and the roof is coming off. To be exact, the left side is detached. Hopefully the following photos will explain this better:

Possible solutions:
1) Rangi job by applying adhesive to re-attach the seal. However, I won't be able to get to all of it as the gap is too small to get to closer to the middle. (Not my preferred choice as it will only get half the job done.)

2) Get a new seal from Honda. But how would I remove the old and re-attach new seal gently without any major hassles?

Appreciate any suggestions

 

Can't you get to that easily if you just open that hatch. Then just press it down on like it should be and close the hatch to get it to fit back to its original form....atleast that would seem like the logical solution.

 

it did it on my dc also im not sure how to fix it yet if i figure it out i will let you know

 

You're probably best off just pulling the hatch and doing it.

I'm pretty sure you just have to pull the headliner down to unbolt everything.
