help is it posible to use a mpfi obd0 motor with a obd1 ecu

Default help is it posible to use a mpfi obd0 motor with a obd1 ecu

oke here is the problem i got a obd0 to obd1 jumper conversion and i got it all ran only thing thats not hooked up is the vtec because i just want to get it wired b4 i get the motor in when the weather gets better so i got a stock dx motor with a mpfi conversion and i want to know if i can run a p28 with a p06 map in my obd0 car it tryes to start but feels ruff do i need to ajust the dizzy and if so how do i know where to place it to get a good agood start also it idels ruff and stalls wont rev much its seems like its fireing on all cylinders just feels like it fires late

well why do u want to use po6 maps on a p28?and it will work but ill need a obd1 dizzy also cause obd 0 dizzy has differant sensors then obd1.

use the dizzy that goes for the motor you are useing.

any obd1 or obd2 dizzy will work with your obd1 swap. just try to get the top bolt in there

i would use obd1!dont try the ghetto it up.

If an OBDII distributer bolts better to the head, then THAT would be the better choice.

oke now here is a nother question how do u wire a obd2 dizzy to a obd0 si car lol i got all conbos of plug ends so im able to make a jumper conversion just need the wire outs for the obd0 to obd2
