my blinkers blink really fast ever since the person i got the car messed with it before all my turn signals are working all lights are on. hazards blink fast too. it bothers me so much but i dont know what it could be. please help!!

 

this is usually caused by a missing/burnt out light bulb somewhere in the circuit. if you have all three of the lights connected you can also add a resistor to the circuit(research how much resistance a light bulb is) and install accordingly.
