hey guys i'm going to build a motor but i got some question about the setup and what will i be looking to get for hp and i would like ur input and advice on the setup


b16 head
skunk2 flat valve
skunk2 springs/ret
skunk2 pro 2 cams
golden eagle cam gear
hondata intake gasket
mild port work
jg victor x intake manifold
68 tb
310 injectors

oem HG
arp studs

b18c1 block 81.5mm
eagle rods
acl bearing
ctr piston
oem oil pump

gsr tranny
act hd

I already check the compression and it was like 12.7.1 so i would like to know is that compression will be ok .the car will get tune and i will drive it like 60% of the time can you guy give me some inputs and advice on what hp i'll be looking to get (I'M JUST WORRY ABOUT THE COMRESSION )

1. Hard to say on WHP, could be anywhere, but I would assume since some head work has been done, you should see 200+ with ease...
2. Which header are you going with this setup? (makes a pretty big difference)
3. As long as it's properly tuned, should be ok to drive

 

I think you should run maybe a smaller intake manifold i don't think you'll see the full potential of the victor-x. maybe find a performer-x or even skunk2 since you're running a skunk2 valvetrain/cams.
but yeah i'd see it in the 200+ whp area.
