lookin to trany swap to standart manual from 4 speed auto

im new to tuning decided to start with a honda civic 2004 lx
so far all i have is an aem short ram on it and im lookin to swap it to manual i would like to know what i need and how much the parts generaly run

f.y.i i am mechanicaly retarded so i am going to have it done at a shop because i dont wanna mess it up, and i have another motor i am currently learnin to build.
so plz reply and help me out
