Complete Parts List To Convert From DPFI to MPFI

I was just wondering if someone could make a complete parts list for a 91 4 Door LX Civic thats Dual Point Injected to convert to MPFI...
All input is appreciated and please also note things to watch for and things that you may do if you are preparing for a swap...

Anyone??? Cmon you all motor guys... dont be be afraid to let us all know you can rock a SOHC too... LOL
