Phew, my mind is foggy and I can't remember for sure which rear T bracket this is. Came off a B18C, but to which chassis is the question. I think DC but could be EJ. Does someone know the distinguishing dimensions between the two? The width of the bracket is different if memory serves me correctly.

 

cant remember myself.. but IF, IF my mind serves me correctly, its off the 96 and up civics. Because, i think i went to put a d-series in my 95 civic and tried to use that bracket and it ended up being too SHORT... BUT now that i state that, i think that bracket might be used for a b16 ( or b18 ). find someone with a block laying around. the B-series and the D-series bolts wont match up i believe.

Hope i was some help. now im second guessing myself.

 

The bracket for a B whatever is going to be the same for a range of chassis. It's what range of chassis it fits that I'd like to know. I know it's not a D series bracket.

 

From what I know, (I think) the only b series bracket that is guaranteed to fit a 96-00 civic is that from a 99-00 si. All other b series brackets will fit the 92-95 chassis.

 

But is there any way to identify which is which... this isn't the bracket I used for the swap, but fitment isn't known.

Basically, does anyone have measurements of the EJ/EM/EK bracket vs. the DC/EG bracket?

 

looks like the mounts i have on my b18b in my 97 ek!!!

 

Yea, I have a strong feeling the rear mount is for a 96-00 Civic.
