How much bigger can you bore out an ITR IM before it loose it's effectiveness? My goal is to match a 70mm TB.

 

the largest i've seen an oem tb bored out to was 66-67mm by maxbore.

 

I had mine up to 65mm, and It had some room to go bigger.

 

I match up a 68mm TB to it and it seem to me that it will take a 70mm abuse. But, I don't want to mess up the only IM that I got. I'm hoping one of you guys has already done it or know of someone has done it and it work fine.
