Default koni yellows...help...help...please

ok is the thing i have a civic hatchback iam putting a h22 in my car.ok now what i been reading on honda tech is that koni yellows work very well with ground control.so what i read about ground controls is that the springs are eibach ones would it be better if i would just buy the springs instead of the coilovers.
or is there somthing that i need from the coilovers to make it fit the shocks.....

you should be good if you just wanted to put spring on. you would loose the advantage of changing you ride height. jack your car ur and look. struts have a spring seat, the eibach G.C. ( I have em) has the ability to be adjstable which is a plus if you want to change for ride hieght or tweak for the track.
