WTB: Parts 4 b18c1 Rebuild: P30/PR3/P73 Pistons/rings, built head, stage 2 cams, upgraded valvetrain

I need the following parts (or a combo of them):
For the Head:
*Built head (as complete as possible with cams/cam gears/valvetrain/valvecover/TB/IM/v-tec solenoid/distributor/etc)
or...
*Stage 2 cams (Skunk2, Blox, Wicked, etc.)
*Gam gears
*valve cover for b18c_
*upgraded throttle body (bored gsr or type-r)
For the Block:
*P30/PR3/P73 Pistons AND RINGS (may be on p72 rods)
Misc:
*any NEW OEM honda haskets, timing belt, water pump, oil pump, washers, bolts needed for a rebuild
*left and right front motor mounts (torque mounts?)
